Due to the uncertainty on the project manager’s and project owner’s roles responsibilities, it leads to communication misunderstandings that cause challenges on the performance of the project and in communication with both internal and external stakeholders. As a result the work of the project manager may be affected by the responsibilities of the project owner assigned to him. Project manager will have to focus to long-term and to short-term more technical issues and not all person is able to be efficient in such expected approach.

CLEARLY SEPARATE TWO ROLES IN ORGANIZATION:

1. dedicated project owner for long-term goals and project benefit achievement even post-project

2. dedicated project manager for short-term goals and project result implementation.
