  • Duplication of work,

  • Language,

  • Distance,

  • Hostility,

  • Noise,

  • Inconsistent communication.

REKOMENDACIJA | RECOMMENDATION

ADDITIONAL EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION ENABLERS for project manager to consider:

  1. Documentation of meetings/decisions

  2. Decisions of all stakeholders only confirmed in writing

  3. Determination of communication rules

  4. Communication of both positive and negative project changes / results

  5. A clear plan of activities before the start of the project

  6. Regular communication.
