8 COMMUNICATION SUCCESS FACTORS THAT SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED IN PROJECTS :

  1. Project has appointed project owner who effectively communicates the project decisions made during the project monitoring.

  2. Project owner is identified as responsible person for the benefits / success of the project and is constantly communicating decisions and actions taken to maximize it

  3. Project owner is identified as the person responsible for the risks / threats to the benefits of the project and communicates the decisions and actions taken to manage them

  4. Project manager creates a formal communication plan to guide the communication through the project

  5. Project manager constantly communicates with the agreed regularity how the project goals and project plan are being achieved in the agreed format

  6. Project manager communicates primary risks at regular intervals and escalates unresolved project problems

  7. Project manager controls communication during regular meetings and provides the essence of the meeting results and decisions in written record, after each meeting

  8. Both the project manager and the project owner are able to overcome communication barriers
